You can return the product of proper quality (the shoes are not worn, have a presentation) within 14 calendar days of purchase. The moment of purchase is considered the receipt and payment of the order.
The return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the client (payment for the services of the carrier company).
Refunds are made depending on the previously selected payment options:
If you paid in cash (delivery service department or courier upon receipt of the order) For this, it is enough to indicate cash on delivery (the cost of goods by check) when sending the return to the "New Mail" department. Upon receipt, the courier will check the goods for compliance with the requirements of good quality and will send you the amount by cash on delivery (payment for the transfer of funds is carried out at the expense of the client). You will collect the amount in the same branch from which the return was made. When sending a return of goods at the Nova Poshta branch, cash on delivery is not indicated.
If you made a payment by card, the amount of the check will be returned to the card from which the payment was made after checking the goods for compliance with the requirements of proper quality.
